Shree Shudh Masala Spices

1 Tsp Shree Shudh Garam Masala

1 Cup Water

Instructions
Step 1: Base Preparation

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2: Masala Cooking

Add tomato puree and cook until oil starts to separate.
Now add:

Shree Shudh Haldi Powder

Shree Shudh Lal Mirch Powder
-
Shree Shudh Dhania Powder
-
Cook the masala well for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3: Curry Ready

Add boiled potatoes and mix gently.

Add 1 cup water and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4: Final Aroma

Add Shree Shudh Garam Masala at the end.

Mix lightly and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
